Secrets stay out of the prompt

The server reads credentials from its environment or an approved secret provider. Remote clients receive an independent gateway token or issuer-bound OAuth access token, never a Mappls provider credential. Tool responses are redacted before model use and logging.

Least authority by deployment

Remote access starts offline-only and has no write profile. Enable live reads only in a separate workload with a separate OAuth resource and scope, account credentials, purpose, region, metering, and provider-egress controls.

Attributable OAuth resource server

Optional JWT mode validates asymmetric signatures, issuer, exact MCP audience, subject, client, expiry, and profile scope, then publishes protected-resource discovery. Mappls does not issue tokens from this service.

Stateless remote access

Every HTTP POST gets a fresh MCP server and transport. Exact host and optional origin allowlists, body and concurrency bounds, generic errors, and health probes preserve a small deployment boundary.

Research before generation

The solution-blueprint prompt makes the agent retrieve an exact deterministic solution plan and portable integration manifest plus product-platform decision, source launchpad, quickstart, contract generation, event, migration, tutorial, industry, journey, and implementation-recipe slugs, distinguish application blueprints from provider payloads, and label unresolved entitlement questions.
